Why Certification?

LEED, or Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design rating system, is an international green building certification program that recognizes best-in-class building strategies and practices.
Estidama rating system is a holistic framework created by the Urban Planning Council – Abu Dhabi, as a vision for sustainability for new developments in the Emirate and capital city of Abu Dhabi, with four pre-defined angles: environmental, economic, social and cultural.
The WELL Building Standard is an evidence-based system for measuring, certifying and monitoring the performance of building features that impact health and well-being and is administered by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI).
Global Sustainability Assessment System (GSAS) is a performance-based system in the MENA region, developed with an objective to create a sustainable built environment, with specific needs of the region in mind.
